Single Adults in the Lord Together (SALT)

Singles face unique problems and challenges spiritually, personally, and professionally in the workplace, the community and the church. Recognizing the need for a place for singles in the church, SALT rovides spiritual enrichement, fellowship and activities for singles of all ages. We gather weekly on Sunday mornings in TPC room 101 downstairs in the welcome center. Read more about the SALT group here.

Dynamic Marriage Seminars

It’s the class that’s about transformation, not just information! Dynamic Marriage is our powerful, marriage enrichment course that creates real and lasting change. Unlike many other marriage classes, its distinctive format encourages couples to break through barriers to intimacy, not just talk about them. Over eight weeks, couples meet to discuss new concepts, develop new skills and delve into the unique ‘dynamics’ of their own marriage.Through a unique blend of study, application, interaction and accountability, Dynamic Marriage guides you through a series of eight learning modules, each building on the lessons learned in the previous unit. Women’s Ministry

Women of all ages are invited to find Christian community and discipleship opportunities. There are a number of different groups to participate in including Bible studies, Christian Moms, Christian Parents Morning Out, retreats and the annual Women of Faith Conference. Pathways

Pathways is a group of singles and married folks on a Christian journey together.   This group gets together  for various activities and fellowships. We gather to play volleyball three times a month. On the 2nd Friday night of the month at 7 pm we have a game hangout night. On the 4th Sunday of the month we gather for lunch at a local establishment following the 11:15 am service.

Just Older Youth (JOY)

Joyful people, mostly over 55 years old, that enjoy fellowship, going places, good food, learning from each other and reaching out.

Not only are church members welcomed, but community friends are also invited to participate. Monthly meetings are held at 11:30AM on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Golden Corral on Highway 55. The meetings are followed by a short devotion.  There is also other occasional outings throughout the year.  For more information call the church office at 919-544-2872.

Prayer Shawl

This group of knitters and crochets gather each month to product beautiful prayer shawls and lap robes to be given away to those who just need to feel they are getting a little extra prayer.  They knit, they fellowship and they bless all of the shawls and lap robes to be given away.  They meet the third Thursday of each month at 6:30PM.

Christians Helping Aging People

We provide support and information for anyone touched by the aging process – whether you are an older adult yourself, a caregiver of an aging parent or loved one, or want to assist with the needs of older adults in our church and our community. This ministry is offered by Christians, young and old, who want to assist with the needs of older adults in the family, our church and our community.
