Sundays at 10am between worship services we offer a variety of adult classes for any one to participate in. We study the Bible, have times of fellowship, and seek to learn more about God and how to live as disciples of Jesus Christ. Class topics change regularly, but we have several ongoing groups that meet each week.

Sunday Morning Classes

Bible Class – Thriving in Babylon
Location: Fellowship Hall B

Traditional biblical values are not only rejected today, it seems as if they’re attacked on every front. This leaves many of us spiritually and culturally disoriented or even fearful, frustrated, and angry. How can we spiritually survive in an increasingly spiritually hostile environment? And is there any hope for the next generation?  In this series, Larry Osborne introduces us to a man forced to live in a fast-changing and godless society. This man faced fears about the future, concern for his safety, and the discouragement of a world that seemed to be falling apart at warp speed. That man was Daniel, and with the power of hope, humility, and wisdom, he not only survived, but thrived.

Homebuilders – Sacred Marriage
Location: Classroom 100

Your marriage is much more than a union between you and your spouse. It is a spiritual discipline ideally suited to help you know God more fully and intimately. Sacred Marriage by Gary Thomas shifts the focus from marital enrichment to spiritual enrichment in ways that can help you love your mate more. Whether it is delightful or difficult, your marriage can become a doorway to a closer walk with God.

Homebuilders is a class that is open to all, interactive and conversational, focused on fostering fellowship and discipleship in such areas as marriage and family relationships, parenting, financial stewardship, and other parts of our daily walk with God.

Fellowship Class – Abiding in Christ
Location: Fellowship Hall B

Come here how authors such as Richard Foster, John Ortberg, and Adele Ahlberg Calhoun share the ways they stay centered in Jesus Christ, the vine (John 15). Whether it’s through the practice of spiritual disciplines or simple daily acts, you will find renewal as you discover both the peace and power that comes from remaining in Christ.

The Fellowship Class is a group that values conversation and offers hospitality as they gather to study God’s word.
